The BoomTech spray nozzle kits deliver a uniform spray over distances of up to 8 meters. Our boomless nozzle kits are ideal for rough terrain and hard to reach areas. They let you spray in places where standard booms can’t reach, like around trees, fences, pylons, or uneven ground.
The boomless nozzles are designed to provide a consistent, even spray pattern. They come with interchangeable plates, allowing you to easily switch from a 180 degree spray to a 90 degree spray. This gives you better control over your spraying and helps reduce chemical use by avoiding unnecessary coverage.
The spray width varies based on pressure, flow, and wind conditions. These nozzles are suitable for herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides. They are especially useful for spraying in rough or uneven terrain, controlling locust infestations, and creating fire breaks in fire management efforts.
To maintain your boomless nozzles, rinse them after each use to remove chemical residue and prevent blockages. Check for wear, especially on the spray plates, and replace them as needed. Store the nozzles in a dry, clean area to avoid rust or corrosion. Regularly inspect the pressure and flow settings to ensure optimal performance. These steps will help extend the lifespan and efficiency of your nozzles.

This gun is twice the price of a cheap version, however is at least 10 times better. With the cheap spray gun we were struggling to get the job done, however we now breeze through the job in a small percentage of the time it used to take us with much improve outcomes on our previous results. It’s almost a pleasurable job now.
