Ball baffles act as a honeycomb system which break down liquid waves, preventing surges when a tank is in motion. The reduction of liquid movement within a tank improves the load stability, giving the driver greater control of the vehicle.
When braking or changing directions any liquid load is at risk of liquid surge which can result in a rollover situation. Therefore, installing a ball baffle system will significantly reduce these risks and ensure safer operation of your vehicle.
You can use our baffles in various tanks with water, diesel, and compatible liquids. Manufactured from food grade quality material, this makes them suitable for potable water.

Baffles are easily installed in new or existing tanks. Each one is a hollow sphere assembled with a quick click, twist and clip action and simply placed inside the tank. They are available in two sizes. 195mm
(small) = 1 ball / 7 litres and 355mm (large) = 1 ball /40 litres.
