Ball baffles act as a honeycomb system which break down liquid waves, preventing surges when a tank is in motion. The reduction of liquid movement within a tank improves the load stability, giving the driver greater control of the vehicle. When braking or changing directions any liquid load is at risk of liquid surge which can result in a rollover situation. Installing a ball baffle system will significantly reduce these risks and provide safer operation of your vehicle.
You can use our baffles in a variety of tanks containing water, diesel, and compatible liquids. We manufacture them from a food-grade quality material, making them suitable for potable water. At a minimum, we recommend fitting them to tanks that exceed 500 liters. Did you know, baffle systems are a requirement for cartage tankers on mine sites and in council fleets?
