These premium contractor grade Grey Suction Hoses are ideal for a variety of pumping applications, fire fighting and water tank filling.
The suction hoses are fitted with a plastic strainer to prevent debris from entering the hose (and thus the pump), and the outlet end of the hose is fitted with a BSP (threaded) fitting for easy installation directly to a fire fighting pump or water transfer pump.
This suction hose kit is suitable for a variety of fluid transfer uses, including agricultural, industrial, and fire fighting applications.
To keep the suction hose in top condition and extend its lifespan, always rinse it thoroughly after use to remove dirt and debris, especially from the strainer end.
Fully drain the hose and hang it in a shaded, ventilated area to dry, this prevents mold and material degradation. Regularly inspect the hose and fittings for cracks, wear, or damage, and replace the strainer if any blockage or tears are found.
With proper drying, storage, and routine checks, your suction hose will remain reliable for years of pumping, firefighting, and water tank operations

This gun is twice the price of a cheap version, however is at least 10 times better. With the cheap spray gun we were struggling to get the job done, however we now breeze through the job in a small percentage of the time it used to take us with much improve outcomes on our previous results.
