The durable 10 metre tractor spraying boom can deliver a uniform and even spray pattern over a distance of up to 10m. Equipped with an innovative breakaway system, the arms automatically fold back when they encounter obstacles like trees, fences, or rocks. This feature not only prevents damage to the boom but also reduces the need for repairs, saving time and effort.
Constructed with a durable, hot dipped galvanised steel frame for added strength. It features 20 non-drip nozzles with Teejet air induction tips, along with nozzle guards to protect them from damage. Heavy duty mounting brackets provide a secure fit, and the system includes a connecting hose and hose clamp. The foldable design makes storage easy. The sprayer is compatible with various equipment, including ATV sprayers, field sprayers, linkage sprayers, trailers, and utes.
Clean the nozzles regularly to prevent clogs and flush the system after each use to remove chemical residue. Inspect hoses, seals, and fittings for leaks or damage, and replace worn parts as needed. Lubricate moving parts to ensure smooth operation, and store the boom in a dry, clean area to protect it from rust and wear.
